We've only gone and done it.

The Stable Gallery, Kelling, Norfolk, UK

We've done it we've done it we've done it....yeeeeeeehhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaah.

A mega blog will follow very shortly but just wanted to post a very, very quick one to say we're back. I'm feeling a bit lost without Jo and Ting Tong, like I've lost a limb, and spent a lot of time yesterday wandering round my house aimlessly wandering what to do with myself. I think the next few weeks will be quite odd, but we've got to hold on to all those amazing things we've seen.

Thanks all those who have read this and supported us and keep reading as hopefully there'll be some exciting developments in the next few months.

Heid - where were you on Sunday then??

More later today or tomorrow.... x x Ants

Very relieved to get your "we're home safe" blogs. Kept searching for news on BBC national and BBC southern, but there was nothing !!

At least if there was a gap in the postings while you were in far-flung countries, this was understandable.

To not get "latest news" when you were so close to Brighton was intolerable, and I was more worried about the last few "miles" than I was about the previous thousands of "kilometres".

Anyway, feel very bad about your financial shortfall, but I hope that, as your story unfolds in the various national papers and glossy magazines, some kind big-businessmen and women will open up their corporate cheque books and sort it out for you.

Went to an exotic store in Budapest today, and saw a 6" wooden model of.....a TUK-TUK !!! Strange, but true !!!

Enjoy your rest, and please let us know when you're posting more tales and more photos !

Lotsa love, Colin & Terez.

hey there, well only yesterday i saw your story on a mental health forum that i use and i started reading. I managed to finish today reading everyone of your blog posts and i must say it was a fantastic, funny and eye opening read. i think you have done one inspirational and amazing thing for a tukking good cause that has affected me and despite being "recovered" its ugly head still rises to the surface soemtime. Its one of those illnesses that although millions of people have, it doesnt have enough awareness for and is still somewhat a taboo in ours and as you have found, many other societies around the globe.
sorry i missed your adventure before hand and couldnt congratulate you on your journey (im a busy girl and dont watch much tv :P ) i will certainly be following you both from now on.
all the best and hope you both and tink tonk have a tukking good rest

TT is having a short holiday, before being driven to various parts of England to raise some more money for Mind- perhaps one day she will return to Thailand

Ladies,
My hat is off to you. What a remarkable journey. The fact that it was in aid of something worthy is icing on the cake.

Adventuring is a hard habit to break, however, so you shouldn't be surprised if you find yourselves tukking from Stavanger to Soweto just for fun.

After a nap and a proper cuppa, of course.

Was at a wedding last Saturday, so couldn't make it down :(

You should "do" America next (emission laws allowing). They're rolling in money.

I know I didn't behave very well all the time but I didn't think I would be shut away with some smelly ferrets who sniff at me.
I miss my tukkers and the daily challenge of different roads. I miss their dairy entries and the comments of the bloggers.
I think I have got withdrawal symptoms - I don't feel very well and nobody sings to me any more.
Please take me out if the sun is shining. I promise I will try to be good.

Darling TT, you're just having a rest at the moment. Uncle Steven is coming to visit you tomorrow and he will sort out your little niggles. Soon you will be driving to Norfolk to meet lots of children from Ants' old school and at Christmas we will dress you up like a pink fairy.
